These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of industrial electroplating equipment, plating tanks, DC rectifiers, and related metal finishing products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only, including browsing products, placing orders, and requesting technical consultations. You agree not to:

2. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of order placement is the binding price.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

For custom-fabricated equipment, a detailed specification agreement may be required before production begins. The customer is responsible for verifying all specifications, dimensions, and requirements before approving custom fabrication.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. For large custom orders, we may require a deposit with the balance due before shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for detailed information.

6. Product Safety and Proper Use

Electroplating equipment involves the handling of strong chemicals, acids, electrical currents, and heated solutions. Customers are responsible for:

• Operating all chemical tanks, heaters, and DC rectifiers in compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, safety, and wastewater discharge regulations.
• Ensuring proper installation, ventilation, and electrical setup by qualified personnel.
• Providing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all operators.
• Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Obtaining any required permits or regulatory approvals for electroplating operations.

Electroplating Tank System is not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or environmental damage arising from the improper installation, maintenance, or operation of our products. Customers should consult OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory guidelines for safe electroplating operations.

7. Warranty

Our fabricated polypropylene, PVC, and stainless steel tanks carry a 3-year leak-proof structural warranty. DC rectifiers and electrical systems carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, chemical exposure outside design parameters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electroplating Tank System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Electroplating Tank System and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Electroplating Tank System, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or website, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
